Delivery after payment
After payment is confirmed, download the EPUB directly from the order confirmation page. We send a separate purchase confirmation to the email used at checkout. If the download is delayed, contact book support with your order reference rather than placing another order.
Reading and later access
The direct edition is an EPUB. You need a compatible reading app or device. Choose your device for instructions. A download link is time-limited; an eligible direct purchase remains recoverable with the purchasing email through book access.
Payment or download problems
If you see a possible duplicate charge, cannot access a paid file, or find a damaged file, send us the details. Do not send your full card number or password. We will check the payment and delivery record before confirming a remedy.
Refund requests
For a duplicate charge, failed delivery or mistaken format, contact book support with the order reference and a brief explanation. We will review the order and explain the available remedy. Other requests are considered individually. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. A full refund, once confirmed, ends future download access for that copy.
Amazon and Google Play purchases
Amazon and Google Play handle their own checkout, delivery, access and returns. Use the order in the retailer account for help. A retailer purchase does not create direct-store access at OPEN VARIABLE.
