Offer rights to OPEN VARIABLE
Authors, agents and publishers can approach us about selling or licensing publishing rights in a work. Tell us who holds the rights, who represents the work and what is available.
Include the title, a synopsis, existing editions, languages and territories, the formats offered and any agreements or restrictions affecting those rights. We consider new works as well as opportunities for new editions.

Include the language, territory, format, proposed publication or platform, expected circulation or audience, term and timing. Requests are considered for the specific work and the rights available.

Credits and copyright notices identify the relevant rights holder. For third-party material, including works listed in the research library, seek permission from that rights holder. Buying a copy of a book does not include a license to republish or distribute its contents.
