Open Variable Research may receive an email address submitted to a research form, basic website analytics, correspondence sent to Open Variable Research, and purchase or delivery information provided through payment and email providers. Open Variable Research does not receive or store full card details from Stripe.

Information is used to deliver requested research, manage email preferences, support purchases, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate website performance.

Open Variable Research does not sell personal information. Email and purchase information is used for requested communications, delivery, support, compliance, and basic business records.

Open Variable Research uses service providers including Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery and contact management, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and limited automation providers for delivery and support processes. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Every research email should provide an unsubscribe path. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by Open Variable Research, email julian@nexvale.io.

Some records may need to be retained when required for payment, security, legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
