What remains case-specific
The announcement is a starting point for locating the applicable obligation. It is not a determination that every product has the same duty, deadline or responsible party. Our coverage asks how evidence of compliance travels from a model provider through an application to the person using it. Specific legal applicability needs the relevant text and facts.
