Research hypothesisCurrent judgment
Disclosure can only be evaluated along a defined system and distribution path. The question concerns a specified system and path; it is not a finding about an individual product.

What changed
The policy sources define the disclosure context. Whether a notice reaches the user depends on the system and its distribution path.
Why it matters
An upstream notice and a downstream user experience can be different observation points.
Evidence
Official European Commission and NIST materials locate distinct policy and risk-management contexts. They do not establish the behavior of an individual deployed product.
Counterevidence
Reproducible observations showing the relevant notice or mark retained across the full defined path would defeat a loss-of-disclosure hypothesis for that path.
Verification test
Identify applicable requirements and responsible actors, then record the input, transformation, output and user-visible disclosure for a specified version.
Disproof test
Repeat the same path and show the required disclosure is reliably present; do not generalize beyond the test scope.
Next observation
Versioned product documentation and a reproducible, lawful test protocol. After the system, path and relevant obligation are identified.
